To appoint the Officer of the Libe secondary civil status registration centre in Guider Sub-Division, Mayo-Louti Division.
THE MINISTER OF DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 june 1981, to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by law No. 2011/11 of 6 may 2011; Mindful of Decree No. 77/410 of 15 october 1977 to increase the allowance of officers and secretaries of special civil status registration centre; Mindful of Decree No. 87/1115 of 17 August 1987 to lay down the terms and conditions of establishment and functioning of special civil status registration centre; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 december 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree N° 2018/190 of 2 march 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2018/191 of 2 march 2018 to reorganize the Government; Mindful of Order No. 0179/A/VPM/MINAT/DAP/SDAA/SECP of 22 may 1955 to lay down the establishment of special civil status registration centres in Mayo-Louti Division; Considering memo No. 369 L/D42/SP of 28 december 2020 from the Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo- Louti Division; Considering service needs,
Hereby orders as follows:
1.- Mr BOUBA Tizi Nenoua is, with effect from the date of signature of this order, appointed Officer of Libe Secondary Civil Status registration Centre in Guider Sub-Division, Mayo-Louti Division.
2.- Mr BOUBA Tizi Nenoua shall take an oath before assuming duty, in accordance with article 7 (5) of Ordinance No. 81/2 of 29 june 1981 to organize civil status registration and various provisions relating to the status of natural persons, as amended and supplemented by law No. 2011/11 of 6 may 2011.
3.- he shall be entitling to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
4.- The Senior Divisional Officer of Mayo-Louti is responsible for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and in French. /-√
