Mindful of The Constitution; Mindful of Law no. 005 of 16 April 2001, on the orientation of Higher Education; Mindful of Decree no. 93/026 of 19 January 1993, on the creation of Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 93/028 of 19 January 1993, on the administrative and academic organization of the University of Ngaoundere; Mindful of Decree no. 93/027 of 19 January 1993, on the general measures for universities, as modified by Decree no. 2005/342 of 10 September 2005; Mindful of Decree no. 2005/383 of 17 October 2005, on the fiscal regime of universities; Mindful of Order no. 9/0121/MINESUP/DDES of 28 April 2009, to create and open the Biomedical and Health Science programmes, in regularization, in the Faculty of Science of The University of Ngaoundere; Mindful of Decree no. 2011/408 of 09 December 2011, to organize the government; Mindful of Decree no. 2011/410 of 09 December 2011, to appoint members of government; Mindful of Decree no. 2012/433 of 01 October 2012, to organize the Ministry of Higher Education; Mindful of Decree no. 2012/333 of 29 June 2012, to appoint a Vice-Chancellor and Rectors in some State Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2012/366 of 06 August 2012, to appoint staff to posts of responsibility in State Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2013/0891/PM of 12 March 2013, to appoint staff to posts of responsibility in the Ministry of Higher Education; Mindful of Decree no. 2017/318 of 27 June 2017, to appoint staff to posts of responsibility in State Universities; Mindful of Decree no. 2020/231 of 22 April 2020, to appoint staff to posts of responsibility in State Universities; Mindful of Order no. 21-00106/MINESUP/SG/DAUQ/SDEAC/SE du 17/03/2020, to fix the calendar of competitive entrance examinations into the Faculties, Schools and Institutions of State Universities, for the 2018/2019 academic year,
Following the proposition of the Rector of The University of Ngaoundéré,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: A competitive entrance examination for the admission of 105 (one hundred and five) students into the first year of Biomedical and Health Science in the Faculty of Science of the University of Ngaoundere for the 2020/2021 academic year on Sunday 27 September 2020 at the centres of Dschang, Yaounde, Ngaoundéré and Garoua, according to the following distribution:
