THE MINISTER OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of decree No.75/780 of 18 December 1975 to lay down the special rules and regulations of the corps of the Statistics civil servants;
Mindful of decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service as amended and supplemented by decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000;
Mindful of decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended by decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to fix the General System of Government Competitive Examinations,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- 1) A training competitive examination has been announced to recruit twenty-five (25) Student Senior Statistical Technicians (S.S.T) for the 2019-2020 academic year. 2) The written part of the competitive examination shall take place on 11 and 12 May 2019 in Yaounde, the only examination centre.
Article 2.- The examination shall be open to all Cameroonians of both sexes who fulfill the following conditions:
A - FOR EXTERNAL CANDIDATES
a) Be at least 17 or at most 29 years of age as at 1st January 2019 (born between 01/01/1990 and 01/01/2002); b) Be holder of a Baccalaureate Diploma of General Secondary Education, series C, D, E or the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level (GCE-A/L) in at least two science subjects excluding Religious Knowledge, or any other recognized equivalent diploma.
B - FOR INTERNAL CANDIDATES
a) Be a Statistics civil servant and holder of a diploma of Assistant Statistical Technician issued by a recognized school of Statistics; b) Be at least 17 or at most 40 years of age as at 1st January 2019 (born between 01/01/1979 and 01/01/2002); c) Have acquired at least two (02) years of professional seniority in this grade as of 1st January 2019.

Article 3.- 1) Candidates shall compile two complete application files, as follows:
A. ISSEA file:
- a certified true photocopy of birth certificate signed by a recognized civil authority (Governor, SDO, DO, Mayor) not more than three (03) months old;
- a certified true photocopy of the Baccalaureate Diploma or GCE-A/L signed by a recognized civil authority;
- a medical certificate issued by a public sector Medical Officer, not more than three (03) months old.
B. MINFOPRA file
- a registration form bearing a CFA 1000 fiscal stamp. The forms can be obtained from the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform (Department of State Human Resources Development);
