To announce a competitive examination for the special recruitment of 20 (twenty) auditors from the 8th batch of the Institut de l'Economie et des Finances-Pôle Régional de Formation des Régies Financières de l'Afrique Centrale (IEF-PR), for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Mindful of the Constitution ;
Mindful of CEMAC Treaty of 16 March 1994 and its Addenda of 5 July 1996 and 25 April 2007;
Mindful of Convention govering the Economic Union of Central African (UEAC);
Mindful of Supplementary Act N°8/CEMAC-006-CCE-2 of 14 December 2000 on the list of Specialised Institutions of the Economic Union of Central Africa;
Mindful of of two regional training centres;
Mindful of centre for Central African inancial authorities within the Institut de l'Economie et des Finances (IEF) in Libreville, Gabon;
Mindful of Recommendation No. 1/98-UEAC-556-CD-61 of 21 July 1998 on the training of financial management staff in the application of tax and customs reform;
Mindful of Conclusion of the work of the 11th Ordinary Session of the Council of Ministers on 12 December 2on the practical arrangements for setting up the Institute;
Mindful of Regulation No. 24/07-UEAC-IEF-CM-16 of 18 December 2007 creating the IEF-Regional Pole Diploma;;
Mindful of Decree No 75/776 of 18 December 1975 on the special status of civil servants in the Financial Services and its various subsequent amendments;
Mindful of Decree No.94/199 of 7 October 1994 to lay down the General Rules and Regulations of the Public Service, together with its subsequent amendments;
Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No.2012/537 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/191 of 2 March 2018 to reshuffle the Government;
Mindful of Decree No.2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 to lay down the general system of Government competitive examinations;
Mindful of Order No.040/PM of 19 May 2022 to lay down terms and conditions for granting age exemption to persons with disabilities during government competitive examinations and recruitment in the PublicService,
# HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- (1) A competitive examination for the special recruitment of 20 (twenty) Auditors of the 8th batch of the Institut de l'Economie et des Finances-Pôle Régional de Formation des RégiesHinancières de l'Afrique Centrale (IEF-PR), is open for the 2023/2024 academic year.
(2) The places available are distributed as follows:

Article 2.- The examination shall be open to persons who fulfil the following requirements:
be of Cameroonian nationality;
-fulfil the general requirements for employment into the public service;
