DECREE No. 2019/579 OF 31 OCTOBER 2019 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a loan agreement for the amount of 28,000,000 (twenty-eight million) US dollars, or approximately 16,548,000,000 (sixteen billion five hundred and forty-eight million) CFA francs, for the additional financing of the second tranche of the Youth Agro-pastoral Entrepreneurship Programme (PEA-Jeunes)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2018/22 of 11 December 2018: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2019 Financial Year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1.- The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a loan agreement for the amount of 28,000,000 (twenty-eight million) US dollars, or approximately 16,548,000,000 (sixteen billion five hundred and forty-eight million) CFA francs, for the additional financing of the second tranche of the Youth Agro-pastoral Entrepreneurship Programme (PEA-Jeunes).
ARTICLE 2.- This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
