DECREE No. 2019/5861 /PM OF 28 NOV 2019 to appoint officials at the Ministry of Social Affairs
THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
MINDFUL of the Constitution;
MINDFUL of Decree No. 92/89 of 4 May 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of 4 August 1995;
MINDFUL of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
MINDFUL of Decree No. 2017/383 of 18 July 2017 to organize the Ministry of Social Affairs;
MINDFUL of Decree No. 2019/1 of 4 January 2019 to appoint a Prime Minister, Head of Government,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following posts at the Ministry of Social Affairs:
I-TECHNICAL ADVISERS
Technical Adviser No. 1: Mr. MAKITA Georges Edmond, Senior Social Welfare Officer, Sce. No. 544 954-V, previously Head of the Planning Unit, in replacement of Mrs. Moussa, née Lassomme, who has been placed on retirement.
II-GENERAL INSPECTORATE
Inspector No. 1: Mr. BABBA ISHAGAH, Senior Social Welfare Officer, Sce. No. 550 299-H, previously Inspector No. 2, vacancy.
Inspector No 2: Mrs. MBOL NANG, née BEBE Lydienne Suzanne, High School Teacher, Sce. No.548 493-H, previously Inspector No.3, in replacement of Mrs. Babba Ishagah, who has been transferred.

Inspector No. 3 : Mr. ESSOLA Pierre Didier, Senior Social Welfare Officer, Sce. No. 550 278-W, previously in service at the Ministry of Social Affairs, in replacement of Mrs. Mbol Nang, née Bebe Lydienne Suzanne, who has been transferred.
Article 2. - The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3. - This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
