DECREE No. 2020/001 OF 06 JAN 2020 to ratify the Amendments to the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization, adopted since its establishment in Mexico on 27 September 1970

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2019/16 of 24 December 2019 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Amendments to the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization, adopted since its establishment in Mexico on 27 September 1970,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Amendments to the Statutes of the World Tourism Organization, adopted since its establishment in Mexico on 27 September 1970, are hereby ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
