Décret n°2020/003 du 06 janvier 2020 portant accession du Cameroun à l'Accord portant création de l'Agence africaine de garantie du commerce, signé le 18 mai 2000

Ce décret officialise l'accession du Cameroun à l'Accord établissant l'Agence africaine de garantie du commerce (African Trade Insurance Agency), signé le 18 mai 2000. Il marque l'engagement du Cameroun à intégrer cette institution visant à faciliter le commerce et les investissements en Afrique en offrant des garanties contre les risques politiques et commerciaux. Le décret prévoit sa publication urgente et son insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. 2020/003 OF 06 JAN 2020 relating to Cameroon's accession to the Agreement Establishing the African Trade Insurance Agency, signed on 18 May 2000

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2019/18 of 24 December 2019 to authorize the President of the Republic to proceed with Cameroon's accession to the Agreement Establishing the African Trade Insurance Agency, signed on 18 May 2000,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: Cameroon hereby accedes to the Agreement Establishing the African Trade Insurance Agency, signed on 18 May 2000.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
