THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/89 of 4 May 1992 to define the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 95/145a of 4 August 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/390 of 18 September 2012 to organize the Ministry of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/1 of 4 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in the Ministry of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure:
I - TECHNICAL ADVISERS
Technical Adviser No. 1: Mr TANKOUA, Architect, Sce. No. 566 048-O, previously Inspector No. 1, in replacement of Mr AMBASSA Léon Chantal, who has been transferred to other duties.
II - GENERAL INSPECTORATE
Inspector No. 1: Mr AMBASSA Léon Chantal, Senior Lecturer, Sce. No. 588 099-U, previously Technical Adviser No. 1, in replacement of Mr TANKOUA, who has been transferred to other duties.
Inspector No. 2: Mr MISSOUP EMBOM Olivier Patient, Senior Youth and Action Counsellor, Sce. No. 565 948-E, previously Director of State Property, in replacement of Mrs EBOMO, née ONANA NKOULOU Rosette Sylvie, who has been transferred to other duties.
Inspector No. 3: Mrs NGO NONGA Marie, Lecturer, Sce. No. 685 530-M, previously Head of Legal Affairs Division, in replacement of Mr MPON François Xavier.

LEGAL AFFAIRS DIVISION
Head of Division: Mr EWANG Andrew SONE, Lecturer, Sce. No. 554 624-H, previously in service at the University of Yaounde II-Soa, in replacement of Mrs NGO NONGA Marie, who has been transferred to other duties.
DEPARTMENT OF STATE PROPERTY
Director: Mr BELIBI Roger Raoul, Senior Administrative Officer, Sce. No. 586 653-U, previously Director of Land Tenure, in replacement of Mr MISSOUP EMBOM Olivier Patient, who has been transferred to other Duties.
DEPARTMENT OF LAND TENURE
Director: Mrs EBOMO, née ONANA NKOULOU Rosette Sylvie, Administrative Officer, Sce. No. 636 668-O, previously Inspector No. 2, in replacement of Mr BELIBI Roger Raoul, who has been transferred to other duties.
Article 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
