RésuméCe décret présidentiel autorise le Ministre de l'Économie, de la Planification et de l'Aménagement du Territoire à signer un accord de prêt avec la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) d'un montant de 84 millions d'euros (environ 55,1 milliards de FCFA). Le prêt est destiné à financer le Projet de Développement des Chaînes de Valeur de l'Élevage et de la Pisciculture. Le décret prévoit sa publication d'urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

DECREE No. 2020/131 OF 18 MARCH 2020 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 84 000 000, or approximately CFAF 55 100 388 000, for the financing of the Livestock and Fish Farming Value Chains Development Project

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2019/23 of 24 December 2019: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2020 Financial Year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 84 000 000, or approximately CFAF 55 100 388 000, for the financing of the Project to Develop Livestock and Fish Farming Value Chains.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
