REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2020/262 OF 8 MAY 2020 to appoint the President of the Chamber of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry of Cameroon
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2001/16 of 23 July 2001 to lay down the rules and regulations governing trades chambers;
Mindful of Decree No. 78/525 of 14 December 1978 to lay down the rules and regulations of the Chamber of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry of Cameroon and its amending instruments;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2016/194 of 13 April 2016 to reorganize the Chamber of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry of Cameroon,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr MATTA Joseph Roland is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed President of the Chamber of Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock and Forestry of Cameroon.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
