DECREE No. 2021/046 OF 26 JAN 2021 to appoint Members of the National Blood Transfusion Centre Management Committee
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Law No. 96/3 of 4 January 1996: Framework Law on Health; Mindful of Law No. 2003/14 of 22 December 2003 to govern blood transfusion in Cameroon; Mindful of Law No. 2018/12 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities; Mindful of Law No. 2017/10 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/67 of 12 February 2019 to lay down the organization and functioning of the National Blood Transfusion Centre; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for the implementation of some provisions of Laws No. 2017/10 and No. 2017/11 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/322 of 19 June 2019 to lay down categories of public establishments and the remuneration, allowances and benefits of their managers,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: The following officials are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Members of the National Blood Transfusion Centre Management Committee, for a three-year term of office renewable once:
- Representative of the Presidency of the Republic: Mr EBONGUE SOELLE Ernest Justin Gérard
- Representative of the Prime Minister’s Office:
Mr TEKAM Georges Jean - Representative of the Ministry of Public Health: Mrs NOAH NDONGO Appolonie Thécia Christelle - Representative of the Ministry of Finance: Mr IBRAHIM - Representative of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development: Mrs KENFACK BAVOUA Harmelle Claire - Representative of the Ministry of Territorial Administration: Mr ABOUBAKAR IYAWA.
Article 2: The name of the staff representative elected shall be communicated to the Chairperson of the Management Committee in due course.
Article 3: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 4: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
