DECREE No. 12021/072 OF 04 FEB 2021 to authorize OROPEX SERVICES CAMEROUN S.A. to operate as a private security company
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 97/21 of 10 September 1997 relating to private security companies, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2014/27 of 23 December 2014;
Mindful of Decree No. 2015/407 of 16 September 2015 to implement Law No. 97/21 of 10 September 1997 relating to private security companies, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2014/27 of 23 December 2014,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: OROPEX SERVICES CAMEROUN S.A., with head office in Douala (P.O. Box 3579), Wouri Division, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, authorized to operate as a private security company.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
