DECREE No. 2022/109 OF 04 MARS 2022
to ratify the Loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 42.60 million, or approximately CFAF 27.95 billion, concluded on 30 December 2021, between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), for partial financing of the National Highway No. 11 "Ring Road" Project
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2021/26 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2021/749 of 28 December 2020 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the African Development Bank (AfDB), a loan agreement for an amount of EUR 42.60 million, or approximately CFAF 27.95 billion, for partial financing of the National Highway No. 11 "Ring Road" Project,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 42.60 million, or approximately CFAF 27.95 billion, concluded on 30 December 2021, between the Republic of Cameroon and the African Development Bank (AfDB), mobilized with the support of the Africa Growing Together Fund (AGTF), for partial financing of the National Highway No. 11 "Ring Road" Project, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
