to appoint some officials in the External Services of the Delegation General for National Security
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution
Mindful of Decree No. 96/34 of 1 March 1996 to set up a Delegation General for National Security;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/412 of 9 December 2011 to reorganize the Presidency of the Republic;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/539 of 19 November 2012 relating to the special rules and regulations governing the National Security Corps;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/540 of 19 November 2012 to organize the Delegation General for National Security,
Mindful of Order No. 0218/CAB/PR of 18 March 2021 to appoint officials in the External Services of the General Delegation for National Security,
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature this order, appointed to the following positions:
FAR-NORTH REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
LOGONE-ET-CHARI SPECIAL BRANCH POLICE STATION, KOUSSERI
Officer-in-charge: Mr ANGUIFA Gilbert, Superintendent of Police (Sce. No. 534 600-V), previously Commander of the Support Company, Mobile Intervention Regiment No. 9 in Ngaoundere, in replacement of Superintendent of Police HASSANA David, who has been transferred to other duties.
ADAMAUUA REGIONAL DELEGATION FOR NATIONAL SECURITY
SUPPORT COMPANY, MOBILE INTERVENTION REGIMENT NO. 9, NGAOUNDERE
Commander: Mr HASSANA David, Superintendent of Police (Sce. No. 571 663-M), previously Officer-in-charge of the Logone-et-Chari Special Branch Police Station in Kousseri, in replacement of Superintendent of Police ANGUIFA Gilbert, who has been transferred to other duties.
ARTICLE 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
ARTICLE 3: The Minister of Finance and the Delegate General for National Security are responsible, each in his own sphere, for the implementation of this order which shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
