RésuméCe décret présidentiel camerounais ratifie le Statut de l'Organisation islamique pour la sécurité alimentaire (IOFS), adopté à Conakry le 11 décembre 2013. Il est pris en vertu de la Constitution et de la loi d'autorisation n° 2022/005 du 27 avril 2022. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement et sa publication au Journal Officiel en anglais et français.

DECREE No. 2022/171 OF 23 MAI 2022 to ratify the Statute of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), adopted in Conakry, Republic of Guinea on 11 December 2013.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2022/005 of 27 April 2022 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Statute of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), adopted in Conakry, Republic of Guinea on 11 December 2013,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Statute of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), adopted in Conakry, Republic of Guinea on 11 December 2013, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
