DECREE No. 2022/171 OF 23 MAI 2022 to ratify the Statute of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), adopted in Conakry, Republic of Guinea on 11 December 2013.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2022/005 of 27 April 2022 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Statute of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), adopted in Conakry, Republic of Guinea on 11 December 2013,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Statute of the Islamic Organisation for Food Security (IOFS), adopted in Conakry, Republic of Guinea on 11 December 2013, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
