DECREE No. 20221204 OF 06 JUIN 2022 to appoint the Director-General of the National Supply Centre for Essential Drugs and Consumables (CENAME)
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/10 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2013/93 of 3 April 2013 to organize the Ministry of Public Health;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/501 of 20 September 2018 to reorganize the National Supply Centre for Essential Drugs and Consumables,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: Mr SALIHOU SADOU is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Director General of the National Supply Centre for Essential Drugs and Consumables (CENAME).
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
