DECREE No. 2022/311 OF =_2 0 JUIL 2022 to ratify the Multilateral Convention on Social Security of the Inter-African Conference on Social Security (CIPRES), adopted in Dakar, Senegal, on 27 February 2006

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No 2022/0010 of 14 July 2022 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Multilateral Convention on Social Security of the Inter-African Conference on Social Security (CIPRES), adopted in Dakar, Senegal, on 27 February 2006,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTIcLE 1: The Multilateral Convention on Social Security of the Inter-African Conference on Social Security (CIPRES), adopted in Dakar, Senegal, on 27 February 2006, is ratified.

ARTIcLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
