REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2022/471 OF 11 OCT 2022 to ratify the Loan Agreement for an amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 6.659 billion, signed on 26 August 2022 between the Republic of Cameroon and the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), to finance the Project to Construct and Equip the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital Annex
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2021/026 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year;
Mindful of Law No. 2022/011 of 14 July 2022 to ratify Ordinance No. 2022/001 of 2 June 2022 to amend and supplement some provisions of Law No. 2021/026 of 16 December 2021: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2022 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2021/305 of 1 June 2021 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), a loan agreement for the amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 6.659 billion, to finance the Project to construct and equip the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital Annex,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Loan Agreement for an amount of USD 12 million, or approximately CFAF 6.659 billion, signed on 26 August 2022 between the Republic of Cameroon and the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD), to finance the Project to Construct and Equip the Mbalmayo Regional Hospital Annex, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
