THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of the OHADA Uniform Act Relating to Commercial Companies and Economic Interest Groups;
Mindful of Law No.2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public corporations;
Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No.2019/034 of 24 January 2019 to reorganize the Douala Port Authority;
Mindful of Decree No.2019/035 of 24 January 2019 to approve the Articles of Association of the Douala Port Authority;
Mindful of Decree No.2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No.2017/010 and Law No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The undermentioned personalities are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Douala Port Authority, for a three-year term of office, renewable once:
- Representative of the Presidency of the Republic: Mr OLLE Lionel Arthur.
- Representative of the Prime Minister’s Office: Mr CHAMENI NEMBUA Célestin.
- Representative of the Ministry of Finance: Mr ZANG Martial Valéry.
- Representative of the Ministry of Transport: Mr MOUSSA DJAFAROU.
- Representative of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development: Mr ZOUTENE DOUFENE.
- Representative of the National Ports Authority: Mr EBOUPEKE Louis.
- Representative of the Douala City Council: Mr MBASSA DINE Roger Victor.
- Representative of the National Shippers' Council: Mr MBAPPE PENDA Auguste.
- Representative of Shipping Agents: Mr NYODOG Perrial Jean.
- Representative of Stevedores: Mr MANIMBEN Gabriel.
- Elected staff representative: Mr ABDOUL KARIM.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
