REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE – WORK – FATHERLAND
DECREE No. _______________ to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the Small-and Medium-size Enterprise Promotion Agency (APME).-
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2017/10 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No.2018/629 of 25 October 2018 to reorganize the Small-and Medium-size Enterprise Promotion Agency;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No. 2017/10 and Law No. 2017/11 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The undermentioned personalities are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Small- and Medium-size Enterprise Promotion Agency, for a three-year term of office, renewable once:
- Representative of the Presidency of the Republic: Mr NAMA Rémy.
- Representative of the Prime Minister’s Office: Mr SIDJE WEME Jean-Jacques.
- Representative of the Ministry of Small- and Medium-size Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts: Mr BOBBO MAMOUDOU.
- Representative of the Ministry of Finance: Mr AMADOU MOHAMAN.
- Representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development: Mr KALGON PAGNA.
- Representative of the Ministry of Trade: Mrs NDAH PESOH, née NJI NKEMBOH Mirabel.
- Representative of the Ministry of Public Works: Mr TCHETCHOUA Chrétien.
- Representative of the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure: Mrs LEA Mireille Delphine.
- Representative of the Ministry of Transport: Mrs LOG NGWET, née NGO BOUGHA Estelle Valérie.
- Representative of Professional Associations of Small- and Medium-size Enterprises: Mr ELOUNDOU NGAH Eric.
- Elected staff representative: Mr AYANA NDZIE Léon.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
