REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND DECREE N° 2023/06004 /PM of 31 AGUT 2023
THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of law n°98/004 of 14 April 1998 to lay down guidelines for Education in Cameroon; Mindful of decree n°92/089 of 04 may 1992 to specify the duties of the Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by decree n°95/145 (b) of 04 August 1995; Mindful of decree n°2008/376 of 12 November 2008 on the administrative organization of the Republic of Cameroon; Mindful of decree n°2011/408 of 09 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by decree n°2018/190 of 03 March 2018; Mindful of decree n°2012/267 of 11 June 2012 to organize the Ministry of Secondary Education; Mindful of decree n°2019/001 of 04 January 2019 to appoint the Prime Minister, Head of Government,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1.- As from the date of signature of this decree, the following Government Bilingual Secondary Schools are created:

ARTICLE 2.- The effective opening of the created schools shall be by a decision of the Minister of Secondary Education, depending on the means available.
ARTICLE 3.- This decree shall be registered, published and inserted in the Official Gazette in French and English.
