REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE - WORK - FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2023/506 OF 10 NOV 2023 to ratify Project Installment Sale Financing Agreement No. 1027 for an amount of EUR 64 450, or approximately CFAF 42 220 000 000, concluded on 10 September 2023 between the Republic of Cameroon and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), to finance the Rice Value Chain Development Project in Cameroon (RVCDPC)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2022/020 of 27 December 2022: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2023 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2023/334 of 4 August 2023 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), an installment sale financing agreement for an amount of EUR 64.450 million, or approximately CFAF 42 220 000 000, for the financing of the Rice Value Chain Development Project in Cameroon (RVCDPC).
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Project Installment Sale Financing Agreement No. 1027 for an amount of EUR 64 450, or approximately CFAF 42 220 000 000, concluded on 10 September 2023 between the Republic of Cameroon and the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), to finance the Rice Value Chain Development Project in Cameroon (RVCDPC), is ratified.
Article 2: This Decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
