RésuméLe décret ratifie l'accord de coopération militaire entre le Cameroun et la Fédération de Russie, signé à Moscou le 12 avril 2022. Il est pris en vertu de la Constitution et de la loi d'autorisation n° 2023/015 du 19 décembre 2023. L'accord est ainsi intégré dans l'ordre juridique camerounais. Le décret prévoit sa publication au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

DECREE No. 2023/579 OF 29 DEC 2023, to ratify the Military Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on 12 April 2022

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2023/015 of 19 December 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Military Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on 12 April 2022,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Military Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on 12 April 2022, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
