THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2023/015 of 19 December 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Military Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on 12 April 2022,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Military Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Cameroon and the Russian Federation, signed in Moscow on 12 April 2022, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
