DECREE No. 2023/580 OF 29 DEC 2023

to ratify the Framework Cooperation Arrangement on Defence and Security between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, signed in London on 10 January 2023

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2023/016 of 19 December 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Framework Cooperation Arrangement on Defence and Security between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, signed in London on 10 January 2023,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Framework Cooperation Arrangement on Defence and Security between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, signed in London on 10 January 2023, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
