RésuméLe décret ratifie l'accord entre le Cameroun et la Russie sur l'exemption réciproque de visa pour les titulaires de passeports diplomatiques ou de service, signé à Saint-Pétersbourg le 27 juillet 2023. L'accord est autorisé par la loi n° 2023/017 du 19 décembre 2023. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement et sa publication au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

DECREE No. 2023/581 OF 29 DEC 2023 to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Russian Federation on the reciprocal Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic or Service Passports, signed in Saint Petersburg, Russia on 27 July 2023

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2023/017 of 19 December 2023 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Reciprocal Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic or Service Passports, signed in Saint Petersburg, Russia on 27 July 2023,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Reciprocal Exemption from Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic or Service Passports, signed in Saint Petersburg, Russia on 27 July 2023, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
