REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE - WORK - FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2024/045 OF 09 FEV 2024 to appoint an official at the Ministry of Public Works.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2018/461 of 7 August 2018 to organize the Ministry of Public Works,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- The undermentioned person is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following post at the Ministry of Public Works:
DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS
Director General: Mr. Mbella Eboumbou Jean-Michel, Public Works Engineer General, Sce. No. 550 037-I, previously Head of the Highway Civil Engineering Structures Division, in replacement of Mr. Mbole Mbole Benoît Parfait.
Article 2.- The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3.- This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
