REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON PEACE-WORK-FATHERLAND
DECREE No. 2024/643 OF 03 DEC 2024 to appoint an Inspector-General at the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2012/383 of 14 September 2012 to organize the Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation;
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS
Article 1: Mr Jean Marcel, Senior Research Officer, Sce. No. 600 529-U, previously Head of the Scientific Policies and Planning Division, is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed Inspector-General, in replacement of Mr TAGUEM FAH Gilbert Lamblin.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
