REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON EACE – WORK – FATHERLAND
DECREE NO. 2024/678 OF 20 DEC 2024 to renew the term of office of some members of the Electoral Board of “Elections Cameroon” (ELECAM).-
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2012/001 of 19 April 2012 relating to the Electoral Code, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 2012/017 of 21 December 2012;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/475 of 16 September 2019 to renew the term of office of some members of the Electoral Board of “Elections Cameroon” (ELECAM);
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/476 of 16 September 2019 to appoint a member of the Electoral Board of “Elections Cameroon” (ELECAM),
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The term of office of the undermentioned members of the Electoral Board of “Elections Cameroon” is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, renewed for a period of 4 (four) years:
Messrs:
- TITI NWEL Pierre
- TIKU TAMBE Christopher
- MOHAMADOU BOUBAKAR
- NJIPENDI SALIFOU
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
