THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Law No. 2024/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025; Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Mindful of Decree No. 2025/452 of 10 September 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), a Loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 9.2 million, or approximately CFAF 6.025 billion, for the execution of the basic education support Project in Cameroon (PAEBC), Mindful of Decree No. 2025/453 of 10 September 2025 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), through the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD) window, a Loan Agreement for an amount of EUR 9.2 million, or approximately CFAF 6.025 billion, for the execution of the basic education support Project in Cameroon (PAEBC),
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The Loan Agreement for an amount of USD 30 million, or approximately CFAF 18.078 billion, concluded on 16 October 2025 between the Republic of Cameroon and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), for the execution of the basic education support Project in Cameroon (PAEBC), is ratified.
Article 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
