RésuméLe présent décret ratifie l'accord entre le Cameroun et la République de Corée sur l'exemption réciproque de visa pour les titulaires de passeports diplomatiques, officiels ou de service, signé à Séoul le 2 juin 2024. Il est pris en vertu de la Constitution et de la loi d'autorisation n° 2025/004 du 25 avril 2025. Le décret prévoit son enregistrement, sa publication selon la procédure d'urgence et son insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

to ratify the Agreement on reciprocal exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official or service passports between the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of Korea, signed in Seoul, South Korea, on 2 June 2024

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/004 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Agreement on reciprocal exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official or service passports between the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of Korea, signed in Seoul, South Korea, on 2 June 2024,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Agreement on reciprocal exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official or service passports between the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of Korea, signed in Seoul, South Korea, on 2 June 2024, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
