DECREE No. 2025/178 OF 02 MAI 2025 to ratify the amendment to Article 10 (4) of the Revised Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), adopted in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 31 January 2017
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2025/007 of 25 April 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the amendment to Article 10 (4) of the Revised Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), adopted in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 31 January 2017,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The amendment to Article 10(4) of the Revised Constitution of the African Civil Aviation Commission (AFCAC), adopted in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on 31 January 2017, is ratified.
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
