DECREE N° 2025/179 OF 02 MAI 2025 to appoint an Official in the Ministry of Basic Education
# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No.2018/190 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No.2012/268 of 11 June 2012 to organize the Ministry of Basic Education,
# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1.- The undermentioned person is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following post in the Ministry of Basic Education.
# INSPECTORATE-GENERAL OF SERVICES
Inspector General of Services: Mr HASSANA HAMADOU, Senior Administrative Officer, Sce. No. 559 410-A, previously Technical Adviser No.1 in the same Ministry, in replacement of Mr NANGA Charles, who has been transferred to other duties.
Article 2.- The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3.- This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
