DECREE No. 2025/209 OF 19 MAI 2025 to appoint officials in the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Decree No. 2008/220 of 4 July 2008 to organize the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed to the following positions in the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development:
INSPECTORATE-GENERAL
INSPECTORATE-GENERAL IN CHARGE OF SERVICE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Inspector-General: Mr ABOLO MBITA Christian, Senior Lecturer, Sce. No. 559 700-S, previously Technical Adviser No. 2, in replacement of Mr AZOLA AZOLA Charles, who has been placed on retirement.
CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION
DIRECTORATE-GENERAL OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC INVESTMENT PROGRAMMING
Director-General: Mr EMINI Christian Arnaud, Lecturer, Sce. No. 572 051-L, previously Chargé de Mission at the Secretariat General in the Prime Minister's Office, in replacement of Mr TAMBA Isaac, who has been placed on retirement.

Director-General: Mr ZOUTENE DOUFENE, Civil Engineer, Sce. No. 559 569-G, previously Director of Regional Development Support Infrastructure, in replacement of Mr OUM ELOMA Janvier, who has been placed on retirement.
# DIRECTORATE-GENERAL OF COOPERATION AND REGIONAL INTEGRATION
Director-General: Mr MOHAMADOU LAWAL, Senior Labour and Social Security Administrator, Sce. No. 561 915-Q, previously Head of Division for Cooperation with the Islamic World, in replacement of Mr ASSAMBA ONGODO Charles, who has been transferred to other duties.
ARTICLE 2: The appointees shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
