RésuméCe décret ratifie l'Accord bilatéral relatif aux services de transport aérien signé entre le Cameroun et le Qatar le 16 janvier 2025. Il s'inscrit dans le cadre des relations diplomatiques et économiques entre les deux pays, visant à faciliter et réguler les échanges aériens. L'accord a été autorisé par la loi n°2025/016 du 17 décembre 2025. Le décret prévoit sa publication urgente au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

DECREE No. 2026/033 OF 29 JAN 2026 to ratify the Bilateral Agreement relating to Air Transport Services between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the State of Qatar, signed in Doha on 16 January 2025

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/016 of 17 December 2025 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Bilateral Agreement relating to Air Transport Services between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the State of Qatar, signed in Doha on 16 January 2025,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Bilateral Agreement relating to Air Transport Services between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the State of Qatar, signed in Doha on 16 January 2025, is ratified.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
