RésuméCe décret présidentiel nomme les membres du conseil d'administration du Crédit Foncier du Cameroun (CFC). Il désigne des représentants de la Présidence, de la Primature, de plusieurs ministères, de la CNPS, de la Poste et un représentant élu du personnel. Le mandat des administrateurs est de trois ans, renouvelable une fois. Le décret prévoit une dérogation pour les membres ayant déjà reçu un avis de non-objection de la COBAC.

DECREE No. 2026/079 OF 03 MARS 2026 to appoint members of the Board of Directors of the Cameroon Housing Loans Fund (CFC)

# THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public corporations;

Mindful of Decree No. 77/140 of 13 May 1977 to set up and organize the Cameroon Housing Loans Fund;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018;

Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No. 2017/010 and Law No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations,

# HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The undermentioned persons are, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed members of the Board of Directors of the Cameroon Housing Loans Fund:

Mr MEBADA MEBADA Grégoire;

Mrs KAMGANG, née BOUGCHE Constante Clarisse;

Mr KALDADAK Pierre;

Mrs NDILLE NDILLE Amélie Yvette.

ARTICLE 2: The Independent Administrator shall be appointed in accordance with the regulations in force.

ARTICLE 3: (1) The term of office of the Board members shall be 3 (three) years, renewable once.

(2) By derogation, with respect to members who had already received COBAC’s non-objection opinion at an earlier date, their term of office shall take effect from the date when such opinion was notified by COBAC.

ARTICLE 4: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
