DECREE No. 2026/084 OF 06 MARS 2026

to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with EXIMBANK-China, a loan Agreement for an amount of 1 350 963 161. 10 Yuans RMB, or approximately 108 395 579 743 (one hundred and eight billion three hundred and ninety-five million five hundred and seventy-nine thousand seven hundred and forty-three) CFA francs, to finance the fiber optic transmission backbone expansion Project (Phase IV)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2025/012 of 17 December 2025: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2026 financial year;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with EXIMBANK-China, a loan Agreement for an amount of 1 350 963 161. 10 Yuans RMB, or approximately 108 395 579 743 (one hundred and eight billion three hundred and ninety-five million five hundred and seventy-nine thousand seven hundred and forty-three) CFA francs, to finance the fiber optic transmission backbone expansion Project (Phase IV).

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
