DECREE No. 2026/172 OF 04 MAI 2026 to authorize the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Spain, a combination loan, as Buyer's Credit, in the amount of EUR 15 398 434.96 million, or approximately CFAF 10.101 billion, and as Commercial Credit, in the amount of EUR 569 498.93 million, or approximately CFAF 373.567 million, to implement the Maroua industrial slaughterhouse construct Project.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,

Mindful of the Constitution;

Mindful of Law No. 2023/013 of 23 December 2024: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameron for the 2025 financial year, as amended and supplemented by Ordinance No. 2025/001 of 11 July 2025;

Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,

HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the Deutsche Bank of Spain, a combination loan, as Buyer's Credit, in the amount of EUR 15 398 434.96 million, or approximately CFAF 10.101 billion, and as Commercial Credit, in the amount of EUR 569 498.93 million, or approximately CFAF 373.567 million, to implement the Maroua industrial slaughterhouse construct Project.

ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
