Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 2025/012 of 27 December 2025: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2026 financial year;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development is authorized, with powers of delegation, to sign with the International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, a MURABAHA financing agreement for an amount not exceeding EUR 193 million, or CFAF 126.5 billion, and its subsequent renewal documents, to finance petroleum products importation transactions by the Cameroon National Refining Company (SONARA).
ARTICLE 2: This decree shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
