DECREES No. 2026/255 OF 22 JUIL 2026 to appoint a member of the Board of Directors of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation (SNH)
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC,
Mindful of the Constitution; Mindful of Decree No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public corporations; Mindful of Decree No. 80/086 of 12 March 1980 to set up the National Hydrocarbons Corporation; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/320 of 19 June 2019 to lay down conditions for implementing some provisions of Law No. 2017/010 and Law No. 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 to lay down the general rules and regulations governing public establishments and public corporations; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/321 of 19 June 2019 to lay down categories of public corporations and the remuneration, allowances and benefits of their managers; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/342 of 9 July 2019 to transform the National Hydrocarbons Corporation into a state corporation; Mindful of Decree No. 2019/343 of 9 July 2019 to approve the Articles of Association of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation;
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Mr SABIKA NDA Guy Emmanuel is, with effect from the date of signature of this decree, appointed member of the Board of Directors of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation, as personality designated by the President of the Republic.
Article 2: The appointee shall be entitled to the various benefits provided for by the regulations in force.
Article 3: This decree shall be published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
