Décrète :
Article premier.- Est ratifiée la Charte africaine des droits del'homme et des peuplesadoptée à Nairobi le 26 juin 1981.
Art. 2.- Le présent décret sera enregistré puis publié au Journal officiel en français et en anglais.

Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of Law No. 87-29 of 17 December 1987 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights adopted at Nairobi on 26 June 1981,
Hereby decrees as follows:
- The African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights adopted at Nairobi on 26 June 1981 is hereby ratified.
- This decree shall be registered and published in the Official Gazette in English and French.

Mindful of Law No. 87-26 of 17 December 1987 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify Convention 111 of the International Labour Organization 11l thereof concerning discrimination in respect of employment and occupation,
Hereby decrees as follows:
- Convention 1 1 1 of the International Labour Organization is hereby ratified and Recommendation 11l thereof concerning discrimination in respect of employment and occupation adopted in Geneva on 25 June 1958 is hereby accepted.
- This decree shall be registered and published in the Official Gazette in English and French.
