RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier un accord bilatéral avec l'Italie. L'accord prévoit une exemption réciproque de visa de court séjour pour les titulaires de passeports diplomatiques ou de service. Signé à Yaoundé le 17 mars 2016, l'accord vise à faciliter les déplacements officiels entre les deux pays. La loi est adoptée par le Parlement et promulguée par le Président.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC RELATING TO RECIPROCAL EXEMPTION FROM THE OBLIGATION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC OR SERVICE PASSPORTS TO OBTAIN SHORT-TERM VISAS, SIGNED IN YAOUNDE ON 17 MARCH 2016

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Italian Republic relating to reciprocal exemption from the obligation for holders of diplomatic or service passports to obtain short-term visas, signed in Yaoundé on 17 March 2016.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
