RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'Accord de Paris sur le climat, adopté le 12 décembre 2015 à Paris et signé le 22 avril 2016 à New York. Elle marque l'engagement du Cameroun dans la lutte contre le changement climatique au niveau international. Le texte se compose de deux sections principales : la première habilite le Président à ratifier l'accord, tandis que la seconde prescrit sa publication urgente au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE PARIS AGREEMENT ON CLIMATE CHANGE, ADOPTED IN PARIS ON 12 DECEMBER 2015 AND SIGNED IN NEW YORK ON 22 APRIL 2016

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1.- The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, adopted in Paris on 12 December 2015, and signed in New York on 22 April 2016.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
