Law No 2018/016 of 11 DEC 2018 to authorize the President of the Republic to ratify the Agreement signed on 24 April 2012 between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Cameroon on the Reciprocal Promotion and the Protection of Investments

Cette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'accord bilatéral signé le 24 avril 2012 avec la Turquie sur la promotion et la protection réciproques des investissements. Elle constitue une étape nécessaire avant la ratification définitive du traité. La loi prévoit son enregistrement et sa publication au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is authorized to ratify the Agreement signed on 24 April 2012 between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Cameroon on the Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency, and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
