Cette loi ratifie l'ordonnance n° 2018/3 du 2 octobre 2018 modifiant et complétant certaines dispositions de la loi n° 2017/21 du 20 décembre 2017 portant loi de finances de la République du Cameroun pour l'exercice 2018. Elle confirme les modifications apportées par l'ordonnance à la loi de finances initiale. La loi sera enregistrée, publiée selon la procédure d'urgence et insérée au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

LAW No. 2018/019 OF 11 DEC 2018
TO RATIFY ORDINANCE No. 2018/3 OF 2 OCTOBER 2018 TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF LAW No. 2017/21 OF 20 DECEMBER 2017: FINANCE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON FOR THE 2018 FINANCIAL YEAR
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2018/3 of 2 October 2018 to amend and supplement certain provisions of law No. 2017/21 of 20 December 2017: Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2018 financial year is hereby ratified.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
