RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier un accord bilatéral avec la Fédération de Russie. L'accord vise à exempter de visa les détenteurs de passeports diplomatiques ou de service des deux pays. Il a été signé à Saint-Pétersbourg le 27 juillet 2023. La loi prévoit sa publication urgente et son insertion au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ON THE RECIPROCAL EXEMPTION FROM VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC OR SERVICE PASSPORTS, SIGNED IN SAINT PETERSBURG, RUSSIA ON 27 JULY 2023

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is authorized to ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Russian Federation on the reciprocal exemption from visa requirements for Holders of Diplomatic or service passports, signed in Saint Petersburg, Russia on 27 July 2023.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French.
