Cette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à procéder à l'adhésion du Cameroun à la Convention internationale sur la protection des artistes interprètes ou exécutants, des producteurs de phonogrammes et des organismes de radiodiffusion (Convention de Rome de 1961). Elle est adoptée par le Parlement et promulguée par le Président. La loi sera enregistrée et publiée au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

LAW No 2024/003 OF 24 JUL 2024
TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO PROCEED WITH CAMEROON'S ACCESSION TO THE INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERFORMERS, PRODUCERS OF PHONOGRAMS AND BROADCASTING ORGANIZATIONS, ADOPTED IN ROME, ITALY ON 26 OCTOBER 1961
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to proceed with Cameroon's accession to the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organizations, adopted in Rome, Italy, on 26 October 1961.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
