RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'Accord bilatéral de services aériens signé avec l'Afrique du Sud le 14 juillet 2011 au Cap. Elle comporte deux articles : l'article 1 autorise la ratification, l'article 2 prévoit l'enregistrement et la publication selon la procédure d'urgence dans le Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.

LAW No. 2024/009 OF 24 JUIL 2024

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE BILATERAL AIR SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA, SIGNED IN CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA ON 14 JULY 2011

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Bilateral Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of the Republic of South Africa, signed in Cape Town, South Africa on 14 July 2011.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
