RésuméCette loi autorise le Président de la République du Cameroun à ratifier l'Accord de transport aérien signé entre le Cameroun et le Canada le 1er juin 2022 à Yaoundé. Elle vise à renforcer la coopération bilatérale dans le secteur du transport aérien entre les deux pays. La loi a été adoptée par le Parlement et doit être publiée en urgence au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais.

TO AUTHORIZE THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC TO RATIFY THE AIR TRANSPORT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON AND THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA, SIGNED ON 1 JUNE 2022 IN YAOUNDE

The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:

SECTION 1: The President of the Republic is hereby authorized to ratify the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and the Government of Canada, signed on 1 June 2022 in Yaounde.

SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
