Cette loi ratifie l'ordonnance n° 2025/002 du 18 juillet 2025 relative aux incitations à l'investissement privé au Cameroun. Elle confirme les mesures incitatives adoptées par ordonnance. La loi sera enregistrée et publiée selon la procédure d'urgence au Journal Officiel en anglais et en français.
PEACE – WORK – FATHERLAND
The Parliament deliberated and adopted, the President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set out below:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 2025/002 of 18 July 2025 to lay down private investment incentives in the Republic of Cameroon, is hereby ratified.
SECTION 2: This law shall be registered, published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French./-
